01What Are Cookies

To ensure a better user experience, the website www.cybernyx.eu, owned by Unserver Business Solutions S.R.L., uses a small number of cookies.

A cookie is a small file that is downloaded to the memory of a computer or other device used for online browsing when the user accesses a particular website. Cookies transmit information related to how you use the site and allow certain features to function correctly between visits.

Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, allow a website to keep a small piece of information on your device in the same way. This policy covers both.

02How We Use Cookies

This site stores a single item of information on your device — your consent choice — under the name cx_consent:

NameTypePurposeDuration
cx_consent First-party cookie Records whether you accepted or declined cookies (value accepted or declined). 365 days
cx_consent Browser local storage Same value, kept as a fallback so that the consent banner is not shown again when the cookie cannot be read. Until you clear your browser's site data

This information records whether you have accepted or declined the use of cookies on this site, so that you are not asked the same question every time you visit. It does not contain personal information and is not shared with any third party.

No analytics or marketing

We do not currently use any third-party analytics or marketing services (such as Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok) on this site. If such services are introduced in the future, they will only be activated after you give your consent, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Third-party content

This site loads font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). The Google Fonts service does not set cookies; however, requesting the font files technically transmits your IP address to Google. See Google's privacy policy for details.

03Your Choice

The use of cookies on this site is entirely at the discretion of the user. You have the right to choose whether to accept or refuse cookies according to your preferences.

You may adjust your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or via the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit to the site. To be asked again, delete the cookies and site data stored for cybernyx.eu in your browser; the consent banner will then be shown on your next visit.

05Data & Security

Cookies cannot search for information on your computer, but they may store personal information you have provided — for example, when you complete a form on the site. This information is generated by the user, not by cookies themselves.

Security notice

Although sensitive information is generally protected to prevent unauthorized access, information transmitted between the browser and the website may be intercepted in rare cases — particularly when the browser connects to the server using an unencrypted network, such as an unsecured WiFi connection.

For more information on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

06Legislation

The use of cookies and the obligations of providers are regulated by both Romanian legislation and European Union legislation:

EU Directive 2002/58/EC

On the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC:

Art. 5 – (3) Member States shall ensure that the storing of information or the gaining of access to information already stored in the terminal equipment of a subscriber or user is only allowed on condition that the subscriber or user concerned has given their consent, having been provided with clear and comprehensive information, in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC, inter alia, about the purposes of the processing. This shall not prevent any technical storage or access for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network or as strictly necessary in order for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide the service.

Romanian National Legislation

These provisions have been transposed into national legislation through Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, with subsequent amendments and completions.
