02Access & Use

Access to and use of the website www.cybernyx.eu, owned by Unserver Business Solutions S.R.L., are permitted only for legal purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions presented on this page.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information they provide on the site is correct and up to date.

03Business Customers

The Cybernyx services are offered exclusively to businesses — legal entities and other professionals acting for purposes related to their trade, business or profession. They are not intended for consumers.

By requesting a free trial or placing an order, the person submitting the form confirms that they act on behalf of, and are authorised to bind, the organisation named in the form.

04User Responsibilities

Users are obligated to use the site responsibly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Abusive use — any behaviour that harasses, threatens, or harms other users or the integrity of the platform.
Fraudulent use — providing false information, impersonating others, or using the site to conduct deceptive activities.
Disruptive use — actions that interfere with the normal operation of the site or its services.

Violations of these rules may lead to restricted or permanently revoked access to the services offered.

05Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify the site's content, as well as the terms and conditions of use, at any time without prior notice. It is the users' responsibility to periodically check the terms to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

06Intellectual Property

The content of the site, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

No part of the site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the company.

07Free Trial

Businesses may request a free 14-day trial of the service through the contact form on the site, by selecting "Free 14-day trial" as the area of interest.

The trial is free of charge, lasts 14 days and requires no payment details.
It covers a selection of the Client's devices agreed with the Provider before deployment.
There is no obligation to continue after the trial.
At the end of the trial, the Client either orders a plan, which then continues on a month-to-month basis, or the Provider removes the agents and deactivates the licences on the trial devices.

The detailed conditions of the trial are set out in the Service Contract. Data processed during the trial is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Placing Orders

Users of the site can place orders for our services using the online order form. By completing and submitting the order form, the client:

Commits to purchasing the selected service according to the presented terms and conditions.
Is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided in the order form.

The provision of the service is governed by the Service Contract, which the client accepts when submitting the order form, together with these terms and the Privacy Policy.

09Pricing & Currency

Prices are expressed per protected endpoint per month, as displayed on the website and on the order form at the time of the order. Servers are priced per server per month, and the optional Mobile Security add-on is priced per protected mobile device per month. A minimum of 5 endpoints applies, as shown on the order form.

The total price of the order is determined by multiplying the unit price of the service by the number of devices selected by the client for protection.

Email Security and Identity Threat Detection & Response include one mailbox and one user identity per protected endpoint. Additional mailboxes or identities are invoiced at the rates communicated by the Provider.

Features activated on request

Email Security, DNS Filtering, Application Block and Windows firewall management (EDR and EDR + MDR plans) are included in the plan price and activated on request, configured with the client according to the client's rules: the client decides which websites, website categories and applications are blocked and which firewall rules apply. Email Security connects by API to the client's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant and requires an administrator's consent for the API connection; no MX record change and no software in mail clients is needed. The details are set out in the Service Contract.

Currency

Both the unit price of the service and the total price of the order are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are clearly displayed on the order form before its completion.

11Acceptance

By using the site and placing an order, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.
